This is ExactPay Payroll Services, LLC's standalone consent form for service-related text messages. It is separate from our service agreement, and completing it is entirely optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any ExactPay service, and declining has no effect on your payroll services.

What you are agreeing to

By enrolling, you authorize ExactPay Payroll to send account-related text messages (SMS and MMS) to the mobile number you provide — payroll deadline reminders, requests for missing timesheets, appointment confirmations, and replies to questions you text us. No marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your payroll schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
